Judge Confirms Genesis Sale to 101 W. State Street
The presiding judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a confirmation order on Tuesday permitting the buyer of Genesis HealthCare to proceed as the new owners of the company.
Chief Judge Stacey G.C. Jernigan, the presiding judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, issued a confirmation order on Tuesday permitting the buyer of Genesis HealthCare to proceed as the new owners of the company.
From here on, Genesis will be 101 W. State Street.
Operations at the 175 Genesis facilities continued throughout the long and strenuous bankruptcy and sale proceedings.
