01:22 And what we do at voize, we allow for real time bedside 01:27 documentation that is ensured to be compliant, accurate and proper, like for, 01:34 for accurate reimbursement. 01:37 And that's the, the way that we support our, our clients. 01:41 So let's talk about how you do that because you're right, 01:44 our nurses spend a ton of time documenting medical records. 01:47 They sometimes it's not accurate. 01:49 It can create litigation issues, it can create regulatory issues. 01:53 How do you solve it? 01:54 What do you do? 01:55 What does voize do? 01:56 So for us in the, in the platform, it's a couple of different components. 02:00 So the first piece of the of the puzzle is to have actual real time capture while 02:07 the nurse is delivering the care, right? 02:10 So we've built a mobile application and AI speech recognition system where you 02:16 just talk and describe into on the phone how you delivered care and then voize 02:21 automatically figures out how is that supposed to be documented in order to be 02:27 accurate and compliant. 02:29 Yeah, I really love this. 02:30 So people aren't just writing down exactly, 02:32 They're not typing into a laptop exactly. 02:35 They're talking into it. 02:36 And it's not only capturing what they're saying, 02:39 it's conforming it in a way that it meets the regulation exactly and right. 02:43 Instead of sitting down and like documenting your as a CNA, your ADL, 02:47 we also documenting like 45 tasks for a resident and taking 10-15 minutes like 02:53 you just describe in 25 seconds into the phone. 02:57 And then that's documented for you. 02:58 Or when you have like a dietary profile, that's like a 90 question assessment, 03:03 you have that conversation with the resident anyway. 03:06 So just capture that information. 03:08 We fill it out automatically and you don't need to sit down for 45 minutes and 03:13 put all of that information in. 03:15 And one of the things I love about it is that when we document right now, 03:18 if we leave something out, we just leave it out and it might get 03:22 caught in a survey. 03:23 But if you leave something out in voize, voize tells you the nurse, hey, 03:27 you need to tell us about this or you need to document that. 03:31 And so it's not just saving them time, it's also making them compliant. 03:34 Exactly right. 03:34 And that's the second big piece of our system. 03:37 That's our real time quality review and real time compliance engine. 03:41 While we're documenting, we're reviewing those entries and we 03:45 don't just make sure that the required fields are filled out. 03:49 We have a system that checks the entire record with the clinical history of that 03:55 resident to make sure all of that is painting an accurate and plausible 04:00 clinical picture for that resident while being compliant with my facility quality 04:06 guidelines. 04:06 And the also the CMS guidelines for both good care as well as being then ready to 04:11 get proper reimbursement for the care that we do deliver in the facilities. 04:16 That's great. 04:17 What results have you seen with your product? 04:19 So the like the main things we see driven by in, 04:22 in the organizations as a big jump in quality of care, right? 04:27 We can really see that residents get more time from the nursing staff as well as 04:33 the documentation record quality significantly increasing not just the 04:38 quality, but also the amount of data that is 04:41 captured. 04:42 So like I was literally like 4 days ago, I was in, in a building in, in, 04:47 in Missouri and right in that building where a resident with respiratory 04:53 distress, right? 04:54 And while we are delivering care for that resident, we were documenting as we go, 05:00 right? 05:01 And immediately voize was able to pick up and say, hey, 05:04 these are some of the other information that I need for good accurate clinical 05:08 record. 05:09 And in the span of 15 minutes of that resident journey, 05:12 we were able to put in multiple documentation entries clearly showing 05:16 what was the resident situation, what did we do about it, 05:20 who did we reach out to, what was the feedback of the family 05:24 members? 05:24 And why was ultimately decision made to send that resident into the hospital for 05:30 further evaluation and having that like rich accurate clinical documentation 05:35 happening in real time and ensuring in real time, 05:38 like all the information that is needed is actually captured. 05:43 That's the piece that is going to give us survey readiness and protect us from from 05:47 down. 05:48 You're saving nurses time. 05:49 Exactly. 05:50 You're making them more compliant. 05:52 They're able to spend more time with the residents. 05:55 Quality goes up. 05:56 You're capturing the reimbursement. 05:58 I mean, it's a it's a great product. 06:00 If somebody wanted to get involved in this, how would they get started? 06:03 So what we generally recommend is right like just testing and evaluating that 06:07 system for yourself. 06:08 We typically set up pilots with organization where we select a few number 06:14 of buildings in an organization, we onboard them. 06:18 Voize automatically integrates into systems like PointClickCare and you can 06:23 just connect your existing EMR or EHR system and then you're pretty much ready 06:28 to go in a couple of days. 06:30 That's great. 06:31 Well, Fabio, we thanks for coming up with this product. 06:33 I think it's going to sweep the country and voice record ignition systems, 06:36 I think will become the standard of care. 06:39 And we're thrilled that you brought it to us. 06:40 And thank you for being a thought partner on Park Place. 06:42 Thank you. 06:42 I really appreciate that. 06:43 And thank you all for watching this video and for your continued support of Park 06:47 Place.
